Homeowner Guidelines

Our development’s established guidelines will allow the community to mature at a controlled pace while upholding a certain standard amongst all new construction. Established infrastructure will continue to be updated and properly maintained in order to reinforce the development’s high expectations.

The property will be divided into 12-15 separate lots of at least 1 acre each where all lots accommodate a beautiful elevated view of the Ottawa River as well as an individual secluded water frontage. Lots are serviced by a private road which will be properly maintained by our company in relation to our Homeowner’s Fee . Also included in this fee is the regular maintenance of a landscaped entrance to the development with stone gate and “Carriage Landing” Welcome sign.

Home construction conditions includes:

• Included is the maintenance of common area, summer and winter road maintenance , landscaping at entrance gate ,etc

• Quick, well planned construction completed within 12 months.

• No vinyl siding, unless approved by developer

• Minimum living area of 1,300 sq ft plus min 1 garage space

• Any outbuilding to match main house finishings

• No prefab chimneys (tin exposed)

• No camping on property

• No excess storage on property
